The build back contractors they recommended did the work they were supposed to do, did it efficiently, and did it within the original estimates.
Dave was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to keep me informed of what to expect at each step in the process. While my insurance company failed to adequately explain why my mortgage company had to endorse the check for the insurance claim, Quick-Dry Flood Services stepped in and provided the explanation.
Also worth mentioning, my husband and I went on vacation right before the insurance check arrived, and so we were not able to finish getting it endorsed before we left.
