Our customers would like to tell you about our service

Quick Dry was very efficient and quick to respond when we discovered mold/a water leak in our house. All of the technicians who helped us through the process were very professional and knowledgeable. We are first-time home owners, so a lot of this process was very new and confusing. Quick Dry also communicated with us well from beginning to end, responded to our concerns and questions promptly, and also worked with our homeowner's insurance company. Thank you!

A broken drain pipe caused flooding of the first floor of our 3 bedroom duplex. Quick-Dry came to the rescue, and were wonderful to work with. The workmen were efficient, had good suggestions, were efficient, were flexible and always courteous. Even more importantly the management, David Weaver, was amazing. When I was having trouble with the insurance agency he actually stepped in and took over. Due to his efforts, on our behalf we were able to get a reasonable settlement. David made this possible and his efforts were further assisted by Trevor McIlwain at IAS Builders. David and Trevor were there to help throughout the negotiations.

Quick Dry made the miserable news of water damage easier with their quick and professional work. They were at our home promptly and daily until the work was complete. The team worked hard to keep our home clean and access to our refrigerator even when it meant less wiggle room for them working. They were professional, kind and answered all of our questions! We had multiple people from the company help at our home and each maintained the same level of professionalism and kindness. Thank you, Jeremy, Victor, Mike, Basil, Tommy, and Samuel!

My condo's bathroom was flooded from the unit above mine, and there was extensive water damage because that unit wasn't quick to fix their plumbing issue. Quick-Dry was really great at getting everything sorted out. They responded quickly and professionally, and their prices were very reasonable. They did a really great job and everything was put back together perfectly. Thanks so much for the great work!

Quick dry was incredible with the flood I had in my basement. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful and communicated with me consistently throughout this process. Their workmanship is above average. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I have told my friends and family to use Quick Dry if they ever flooded or had mold/water damage.

Frequently Asked Questions

How expensive is the damage caused by a flood in a hotel?

The cost varies from case to case. However, according to recent government research, floods were to blame for roughly 2.8 billion dollars worth of property damage across the US, hotels included. The year before this number was just shy of 3 billion. This illustrates how damaging, costly, and persistent this problem really is.

If your hospitality facility has been hit by flash flooding, call our hospitality restoration services and we’ll be there quickly to assess the damage.

How quickly does mold grow after water damage in hotels?

One of the reasons why prompt reaction is important even when there is no visible water damage, is mold. Depending on the types of construction and materials used, mold may appear in your hotel in as little as 24 hours. Relevant government agencies like the EPA and CDC estimate that mold appears up to 48 hours after water exposure.

It takes 2-3 weeks for colonies of mold spores to become visible to the naked eye, so even if everything looks fine, don’t risk it, call specialist hotel restoration services right away.

How long can furniture sit in water before being ruined?

It depends. Two main factors that come into play are the severity of flooding and the material used in manufacturing. Most types of wood are very sensitive to water damage. This makes most hotel furniture hard to restore, especially if it has been soaked for more than 24 hours. If, on the off chance, the furniture in your hotel is made from metal or plastic polymers,  there is a great chance you’ll be able to save most of it.

How long does it take to dry out walls from water damage in hotels?

It’s hard to give an exact answer without knowing some details first. One of the most important factors is the composition walls. Another significant consideration is the amount of light and sun that is hitting the walls at your hospitality facility and the quality of air circulation within the rooms. Outer walls will dry faster in warm climates while the process will take longer during moist or cold days.

To avoid being at the mercy of the elements, call our hospitality facility restoration services and let our competent pros take your predicament into their capable hands.
